About
Ravin Elango

Ravin Elango has spent twenty years in quality engineering inside industries where a missed defect is not a ticket. It is a claim that pays the wrong person, a clinical workflow that skips a check, a book that cannot be patched after it ships.
He currently leads AI-augmented testing at one of the world’s largest publishers, where production software and production language models share a release train. The work is not a lab demo. It is a pipeline with an oracle, an audit trail, and a human signature.
Before publishing he ran quality in insurance, healthcare — including GxP-adjacent systems — and financial services. Those rooms already know how to answer an auditor. He holds a Master’s in Information Technology and Management.
He founded Nexacore LLC to turn that operating model into systems other teams can run. House of Elango is a separate line of work: fashion, art, and pantry, built around craft and things people want to own.
He works from Chicago, and from wherever the work is.

Attributed quotes live here. Words like “saw the shift early” belong to colleagues — never to the about copy.
“He saw the shift early — that AI would not replace the QA org, it would make the org’s judgment the scarce resource.”
