AI-driven quality systems for teams that already know what an auditor will ask.
Most “AI for QA” products sell generation: more tests, faster. That is not the bottleneck I keep seeing.
The bottleneck is ownership. Who is allowed to change the suite. What evidence an agent must leave. What happens when the model is confidently wrong about a locator, an oracle, or a risk.
Nexacore is the company I am building around that gap. The product thesis is an AI quality engineer that runs continuously, and still reports to a person who can explain the decision.

Systems where being wrong has a price
Regulated product, clinical-adjacent workflow, published artifact, money in motion. If a miss is just a ticket, I am probably not the right person.
Partners who want an audit trail, not a demo
I am interested in teams that will let quality set the contract for agents, including the parts the model team would rather leave fuzzy.
Eval work that has to survive an incident
Goldens, failure taxonomies, human sign-off. The unglamorous layer that decides whether AI can be trusted in production.
