AI-driven quality systems for teams that already know what an auditor will ask.
Most “AI for QA” products sell generation: more tests, faster. That is not the bottleneck I keep seeing.
The bottleneck is ownership. Who is allowed to change the suite. What evidence an agent must leave. What happens when the model is confidently wrong about a locator, an oracle, or a risk.
Nexacore is the company I am building around that gap. The product thesis is an AI quality engineer that runs continuously — and still reports to a person who can explain the decision.

Systems where being wrong has a price
Regulated product, clinical-adjacent workflow, published artifact, money in motion. If a miss is just a ticket, I am probably not the right person.
Partners who want an audit trail, not a demo
I am interested in teams that will let quality set the contract for agents — including the parts the model team would rather leave fuzzy.
Eval work that has to survive an incident
Goldens, failure taxonomies, human sign-off. The unglamorous layer that decides whether AI can be trusted in production.
